Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
All products sold on ExamnotesAdda are digital products (PDF notes and study materials).
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do NOT offer refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You did not receive the download link due to technical error from our side
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a replacement
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT provide refunds if:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased by mistake
- You do not like the content
- You failed an exam after using our notes
- You did not read the product description properly
